Rachael Cook

 Rachael Cook, born on October 4, 1979 was an American actress. She was a baby-sitter in the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (99) and Josie and the Pussycats (192001). She was also a part of in the TV series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart is her voice, as well as Robot Chicken's and She's all That (1999), respectively. The series started with the English version of Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Rachael Cook was the child of Thomas Howard Cook, an ex-stand-up comedian , who is currently a social worker and JoAnn Cook, who is a cook instructor and weaver. Cook is part Italian. Cook first appeared in an advertisement for public service in foster care at seven years of age. She then started working as a young print model when she was 10, appearing in nationwide ads for Target and on boxes of Milk-Bone dog biscuits. She was a student at Clara Barton Open School.
